MP - Devastation Archer - supervillain

An exercise in building an archer using Mighty Protectors RPG.

Background & Origin:

She is from Belarus, where she grew up speaking Russian, but picked up Belarusian from her grandparents. She worked as a disc jockey before becoming a costumed criminal.

She has a scholarly background, and was a rights advocate, fighting for women's rights around the world. Somewhere along the way, this sense of justice got corrupted and drifted into a smashup of Belarusian nationalism, white superiority (a mild case where she thinks pale skins are picked on, but she doesn't have the warped sense of superiority), gender superiority (specifically, a mild case of misogyny), and straight-up anarchy. After some unpleasant encounters with law enforcement, she took up villainy.

She was a military kid, moving several times during her youth. She was raised by her birth parents. They are alive and well. Her father is a military officer, and her mother once competed for Belarus as an Olympic archer.

She has the following siblings:

• A younger brother that hates her for some past transgression;
• A younger sister that she still keeps in touch with, but they're not particularly close;
• An older sister that is dead, killed in a war, raid, or other military struggle;
• A twin brother that she is very close to;
• An older half-sister that she still keeps in touch with, but they're not particularly close;
• A younger brother that she still keeps in touch with, but they're not particularly close;
• A younger brother that suffered grave misfortune, an accident or violent incident that left him disabled.

She has experienced the following important events:

• She made a friend, an old friend that she reconnected with. They have military connections;
• She found that she has an older sister that she never knew she had;
• She suffered a major financial loss, losing almost everything;
• She became involved in a serious relationship that lasted at least a year;
• An incapacitating accident left her laid up for several months;

• She made a friend, a lesser divine being. They have ties to the criminal world or the black market;
• She made an enemy, a clan, gang or other small group. They'll destroy her and all she holds dear. They have great personal power. The hate springs from a criminal charge, justified or false;
• She made a friend, someone that treats her as a younger sibling, watching over her. They are an important figure both locally and beyond the immediate area;
• She learned the fine art of negotiation and compromise while working for a merchant;
• She made an enemy, a childhood foe who resurfaced. They can't resist taking verbal swipes at the other. They have great personal power. The hate springs from a criminal charge, justified or false.

Combat Tactics:   She believes in an aggressive offense. Any time three or more foes are clumped together, she hits them with a Devastation Arrow.

Personality Traits: Compassionate, cheerful, reckless. These become exaggerated in her personas: her civilian identity is quite patient and compassionate, and her costumed identity is wildly reckless.

At heart, she has become a garden-variety anarchist - she simply enjoys tearing down large institutions such as governments and corporations.

Appearance:  She wears her hair long and flowing. 5’9”, 154 lbs., blond hair.

Powers:  Her Kinetic Bow has a matter rearranger built into it that converts ambient and nearby molecules (usually air) into an arrow every time the string is drawn.  She also carries six Devastation Arrows which have powerful warheads.

Obviously the concept was inspired by the art.  Ms Davis has only six arrows, in the image, which makes a great costume, but a terrible character to play, so I wanted those six to be extremely powerful, and I needed a mechanism to not worry about the lack of more arrows.
